Focus In Productions was originally founded by Tamara Brugo and Linde Schuurman, bringing together a unique Dutch-Argentinian creative fusion.
Today, the company is led by Tamara, who continues to shape its vision and direction with over a decade of experience in the media industry.
Based in Ibiza, Focus In Productions collaborates with international clients and a carefully selected network of talented freelancers, allowing each project to be approached with flexibility, creativity, and expertise.
Tamara’s multicultural background and global perspective are reflected in every production, combining diverse influences, styles, and professional skills. Alongside a strong creative approach, communication is key — with fluency in Spanish, English, Italian, and German, and an ever-growing connection to French.

Argentinian | Ibiza based
Born in Argentina; I grew up in a town full of artists. Art was everywhere! In every little corner it was possible to breath the artist’s passion. That was something that will mark my future path.
I travelled to many places and discovered many cultures. Loved to hear people’s stories and share thoughts. Every expedience on each travel taught me something new. Showed me a new perspective of life.

I was born in a little village in León, Spain, and after that started a life of moving a lot, something that I love!
Since I was a little child I was obsessed with cinema, music and art in general. I’ve always been creative, so of course i ended up studying Fine Arts, in the Complutense University of Madrid.

I was born in a small town of the Netherlands called Almelo. My parents used to call me a ‘television-child’, because I always wanted to watch TV and movies. I was wondering how they were made, but it never occurred to me up that it was possible that I could make this myself.
